• Those in the health, bio, and their peripheral industries (including foreign companies).
• Those who plan to start business or who have started business less than 3 years ago and plan to enlarge own business, based in TLIC as its main office.
• Those who run businesses in accordance with the public order and morals. Those who will observe the terms of use of Tokyo Life Science Incubation Center.

Screening will be held by examination of business plan and other documents as well as interviewing.
Screening will be based on screening standards.

Please carry in or mail the application form and accompanying documents (copy of a certificate of register or certificate of residence). We will contact you for an interview after screening the documents.

・Corporate contract
Company brochure, representative's identification document(with photo, copy accepted), resumes of all the executives, a certificate of all the present matters registered, a seal registration certificate, final tax return document of the last business term (copy), photos of all the staff to work in the office, co-signer's seal registration certificate

・Individual contract
Business descriptive pamphlet, identification paper (with photo, copy accepted), curriculum vitae (educational background, professional background, and others), certificate of residence, a seal registration certificate, photos of all the staff to work in the office
