Tokyo Life Science Incubation Center (TLIC) was established by Tokyo metropolitan
government to incubate seed-early stage start-ups in the life science, bio and healthcare industries. TLIC set the three goals.
1.To incubate leading company in life science, bio and healthcare industries.
2.Through our activities, Revitalize the life sciences industry in Tokyo.
3.Forming the integrated　place to attract people and information in life science industry .
